Jyrojets are a hotly-tipped five-piece indie rock band from Inverness with a knack for great tunes, great lyrics and swaggering anthemic soundscapes. During the past 12 months they have been touring relentlessly, including an 80-gig tour of the USA on a double-decker bus as well as various stints in the UK and Russia. They opened for Kaiser Chiefs, Richard Ashcroft and Dirty Pretty Things. In June they will be sharing the main-stage at the ROCKNESS festival with Razorlight and will open for Proclaimers later in the month. Their highly anticipated debut album will be out on June 16th. Q Magazine gave it a coveted *** and Clash magazine said "..their acerbic, observational lyrics and swaggering guitars elevate Jyrojets above so many bog standard groups saturating the scene.."

How it all works ...  

Swarmtribes is multi-channel (email, web, SMS, IM and mobile web) social software which allows groups (fans, supporters, clubs, networks, etc) to interact on a group level and, if they want to, a one-to-one basis.
